"Texas Style" Honey Cinnamon Butter

A taste of heaven that comes together in minutes. Sweet with a kiss of cinnamon, slather this honey cinnamon butter or rolls, cornbread, biscuits and more.

Equipment

  • 1 large bowl
  • 1 stand mixer or handheld mixer (with whisk attachment)
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter, at room temperature (2 sticks)
  • 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the butter to a large bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer) and beat on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Add the confectioner's sugar, honey, and cinnamon to the butter and beat on medium to high speed for 3-4 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed.
  • Transfer to a small bowl or serving dish. Keep covered with plastic wrap when not being used. Store at room temperature for up to two days or in the refrigerator for 2 months.
