1 stand mixer or handheld mixer (with whisk attachment)
1 Spatula
Ingredients
1 cupsalted butter, at room temperature(2 sticks)
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar(powdered sugar)
2 tbsphoney
1 tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Add the butter to a large bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer) and beat on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 1-2 minutes).
Add the confectioner's sugar, honey, and cinnamon to the butter and beat on medium to high speed for 3-4 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed.
Transfer to a small bowl or serving dish. Keep covered with plastic wrap when not being used. Store at room temperature for up to two days or in the refrigerator for 2 months.
